Dieser Riesling, der auf einem sandig-kiesigen Boden angebaut wird, entsteht aus einer manuellen Ernte in Kisten mit Selektion im Weinberg, die in mehreren Durchg\u00e4ngen \u00fcber einen Zeitraum von 4-8 Wochen erfolgt, wodurch eine sorgf\u00e4ltige Pflege der Trauben gew\u00e4hrleistet wird. Die Vinifikation umfasst eine pneumatische Pressung und eine Fermentation in Edelstahlbeh\u00e4ltern bei kontrollierter Temperatur, die die aromatischen Eigenschaften und die Frische des Weins bewahrt.
