Die Vinifikation erfolgt durch sanftes Pressen und kontrollierte G\u00e4rung, wodurch die typischen Eigenschaften des Roero Arneis hervorgehoben werden. Jahrgang: 2024 Alkoholgehalt: 13,5 % Weingut: Guyot Ernte\/Jahrgang: Manuell, in Kisten mit Selektion im Weinberg ab Mitte September.
