Dieses DOCG-Label entsteht aus handverlesenen Trauben, die Mitte September geerntet werden, angebaut auf einem lehmigen und sandigen Boden mit einer Ost-S\u00fcdwest-Ausrichtung in einer H\u00f6he von 200 bis 280 Metern \u00fcber dem Meeresspiegel. Die Vinifikation erfolgt durch sanftes Pressen und kontrollierte Fermentation, wodurch die typischen Eigenschaften der Rebsorte Arneis hervorgehoben werden. Jahrgang: 2022 Alkoholgehalt: 14,5 % Weingut: Guyot Ernte\/Jahrgang: Manuell, in Kisten mit Selektion im Weinberg ab Mitte September. Organoleptische Merkmale: Wein mit einer intensiven strohgelben Farbe, angenehm und mit guter geschmacklicher und olfaktorischer \u00dcbereinstimmung, mit einem fruchtigen Abgang, der an Banane und Zitrusfr\u00fcchte erinnert. Boden: \u00dcberwiegend lehmig, sandig.
