Dieser IGT, zertifiziert biologisch, entsteht aus Trauben, die im Weinberg Alberello basso mit einem Ertrag von 30 Quintalen pro Hektar kultiviert werden. Die Vinifikation sieht eine spontane Fermentation mit einer 15-t\u00e4gigen Mazeration im ganzen Traubenverband und einer sanften Pressung vor, die dem Wein einen authentischen und reichen Charakter verleihen.
