Der ROS DE SERS von FURLANI ist ein stiller Rotwein aus dem Trentino, einer Region, die f\u00fcr ihre Weinbautradition bekannt ist. Er wird aus Pavana-Trauben gewonnen, die an den H\u00e4ngen von Serso und Viarago angebaut werden, und spiegelt dank des mitteldichten, lehmig-porphyrischen Bodens und einer manuellen Ernte, die nach Mitte Oktober erfolgt, die Identit\u00e4t des Territoriums wider. Die Vinifikation erfolgt mit einer Fermentation in Edelstahltanks f\u00fcr etwa 10 Tage, wodurch die organoleptischen Eigenschaften des Produkts hervorgehoben werden.
