Hergestellt aus handverlesenen Ciliegolo-Trauben aus den Weinbergen von Sovana, zeichnet sich dieser Wein durch seine sorgf\u00e4ltige Verarbeitung aus: Jede Traube wird separat vinifiziert mit nat\u00fcrlicher Fermentation ohne Zugabe von Hefen, f\u00fcr ein authentisches und umweltfreundliches Ergebnis. Jahrgang: 2020 Alkoholgehalt: 13,5% Trauben: Ciliegolo-65 Weingut: Guyot, mit einer Pflanzdichte von etwa 4500 Pflanzen pro Hektar. Ernte\/Jahrgang: Handernte der Trauben in Kisten, jede Traube wird separat verarbeitet. Organoleptische Merkmale: Rubinrot, sehr konsistent. In der Nase ist er weitreichend: Konfit\u00fcre von kleinen roten Fr\u00fcchten, Zedernholz und schwarzer Pfeffer tragen zum Bouquet bei.
