Dieser Rotwein zeichnet sich durch seine Komplexit\u00e4t und Tiefe aus, die aus fast ausschlie\u00dflich Corvina Veronese und Corvinone mit einem kleinen Anteil von Rondinella stammen, die in den eigenen Weinbergen in Marano di Valpolicella, in der Lage Figari, auf kalkhaltigen B\u00f6den mittlerer Fruchtbarkeit und mit Westausrichtung angebaut werden. Die Trocknung und die Vinifikation in Edelstahl, mit malolaktischer G\u00e4rung im Fr\u00fchling, verleihen diesem Amarone einen eleganten und harmonischen Charakter. Jahrgang: 2018 Alkoholgehalt: 16% Trauben: fast ausschlie\u00dflich Corvina Veronese und Corvinone sowie ein kleiner Anteil Rondinella Alkoholgehalt: 16 Weingut: Guyot Ernte\/Jahrgang: Von Mitte September bis Anfang Oktober, manuelle Ernte der Trauben, Auswahl der Trauben und Ablage in speziellen Kisten zur Trocknung in den Trocknungsr\u00e4umen. Organoleptische Merkmale: Wein von granatrot Farbe, das Aroma offenbart Noten von Brombeere, Heidelbeere und schwarzer Johannisbeere, begleitet von Noten von Vanille, Tabak, Schokolade, Karamell und einigen Gew\u00fcrzen, darunter stechen Zimt und Muskatnuss hervor. Die s\u00fc\u00dfen und weichen Tannine machen ihn zu einem sehr harmonischen Wein, die alkoholische W\u00e4rme ist gut ausbalanciert mit der Eleganz der Struktur. Boden: Kalkhaltige, flachgr\u00fcndige und mittelfruchtbare B\u00f6den, entstanden aus marinen Ablagerungen. Weinberg: Eigene Weinberge in Marano di Valpolicella, in der Lage Figari, h\u00fcgelige Gegend der Valpolicella Classica in der N\u00e4he des H\u00fcgels Masua.
