Return and Refund Conditions

Return Times

You have 14 calendar days from the date you receive the product to request a return. After this period, returns will not be possible.

Product Conditions

The product must be returned in the same condition in which it was received: unused, intact, complete with all its parts and in the original packaging.

Return Procedure

1. Contact us via email or via the contact form, indicating your order number and the reason for the return.
2. You will receive detailed instructions on how to proceed with the shipment of the product to be returned.
3. Once we have received and verified the product, we will process the refund.

Shipping Costs

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, except in the case of a defective product or an error on our part.

Refund Times

The refund will be made within 7 working days of receiving the returned product, using the same payment method used for the purchase.
