The 2012 Historic Vintage CAPRI BIANCO by SCALA FENICIA is a still white wine from the Campania region in Italy. This wine is made from grapes harvested by hand in the first half of October from a vineyard located at an altitude of 80/100 metres above sea level with a north/east exposure. The winemaking process involves soft pressing and fermentation at controlled temperatures in steel, with bottling taking place at the Guyot winery in the first half of March. Vintage: 2012 Winery: Guyot Harvest/Vintage: Manual in the first half of October. Manual selection. Organoleptic notes: Straw yellow. Delicate nose of citrus, aromatic herbs, and white flowers. On the palate, it is fresh, with good salinity on the finish. Vineyard: Altitude 80/100 m a.s.l., north/east exposure. Winemaking/Aging: Soft pressing, cold clarification, 10/14 days of fermentation at controlled temperature, 15°C, in steel tanks. Bottling in the first half of March, at our winery. Yield per hectare: 120 q.li/Ha. A white wine with a refined character and delicate aromatic profile, ideal for accompanying moments of tasting that are sober and attentive to detail.
