This IGT represents the excellence of local oenological art, enhancing the aromatic and full character of the Zibibbo grape, carefully and attentively cultivated. Alcohol content: 16.5. Vineyard: Alberello marsalese or trellised, in dry conditions. Harvest/Vintage: Manual in crates with selection in the vineyard in September. Organoleptic notes: Wine with a deep golden colour, aromatic, full and persistent fragrance, sweet and warm flavour. Sugar content: 110-120 g/l. Winemaking/Aging: The "Mistella" process is used, where the must is not fermented. In fact, after pressing, alcohol is added to stop fermentation.
