The 2023 EVA Incrocio Manzoni 6.0.13 BIO* by BRUNNENHOF is a still white wine from Alto Adige, a region renowned for the quality of its wine production. This organic IGT is made from grapes grown in a soil rich in glacial debris, at an altitude of 250 metres near the Trodena stream, with a south-west exposure, which gives the wine a particular minerality and freshness. The Incrocio Manzoni, a cross between Riesling Renano and Pinot Bianco, offers an aromatic profile reminiscent of fresh apple and white peach, with an elegant balance between fruit and mineral notes. Vintage: 2023 Alcohol content: 14 Harvest: Manual towards mid-September. Organoleptic notes: Manzoni Bianco is a white grape variety that originated in the 1930s from the crossing of Riesling Renano and Pinot Bianco. Its aroma recalls fresh apple, fruity Pinot Bianco, and also white peach. On the palate, it is finely fruity with a mineral note and a freshness that leaves a hint of citrus. Soil: Glacial debris. Vineyard: Altitude 250 metres above sea level near the Trodena stream on a cone of glacial debris with south-west exposure. Winemaking/Aging: The grapes are destemmed and after a brief contact with the skins, they are gently pressed. An ideal wine for those seeking an authentic and refined expression of Alto Adige in organic form. Perfect to pair with fish dishes or white meats, the 2023 EVA Incrocio Manzoni 6.0.13 BIO* is best enjoyed slowly to appreciate its complexity and freshness. A conscious choice to enrich your cellar with a certified quality product.
