EEE 2023 TARLAP is a still wine produced by Cantine Garrone, located in the renowned Piedmont region of Italy. This red wine stands out for its territorial identity, resulting from the 2023 vintage characterised by ideal climatic conditions: cool springs protected from late frosts, warm and stormy summers, and significant temperature variations between day and night. These elements contribute to the development of a robust grape skin and intense aromas, enhanced by traditional winemaking in temperature-controlled stainless steel. Vintage: 2023 Alcohol content: 13 Organoleptic notes: The colour is intense, dark, and deep. On the nose, spicy notes accompany those of fleshy and ripe red fruits. With incisive and lively tannins, the palate is supported by a long and juicy finish. Soil: Spring is cool, but the slopes of the mountains protect us from the risk of late frosts. Summer is warm and sunny but refreshed by thunderstorms, which also ensure optimal water supply. Between late August and September, there is a strong temperature variation between day and night, which strengthens the skins of the grapes and develops the strong aromas of our wines. Winemaking/Aging: The grapes are crushed and left to ferment on the skins for at least 7 days in stainless steel tanks at a maximum temperature of 25°C. Yield per hectare: 80 q.li/Ha A wine with a strong and enveloping character, ideal for accompanying moments of conviviality or traditional Piedmontese dishes.
