Magnetite Extra Brut is a white sparkling wine produced by CAVE MONT BLANC, located in the picturesque region of Valle D'Aosta, Italy. The grapes come from vineyards situated between 1000 and 1250 metres above sea level in the municipalities of Morgex and La Salle, cultivated on sandy and gravelly soils. The harvest is carried out manually in crates with selection in the vineyard, while the vinification takes place in stainless steel, followed by unique ageing in the Magnetite Mines of Cogne, which imparts a distinctive minerality to the wine.
