This wine is made from a careful selection of Grand Cru Chardonnay vineyards, cultivated with low yields to ensure quality and finesse, and vinified according to the Champagne tradition with fermentation in stainless steel at controlled temperatures. Format: 3L Alcohol content: 12 Organoleptic notes: Bright and intense light golden colour, with very fine bubbles. On the nose, intense chalky minerality and elegance of citrus fragrances of lemon and orange blossom. Also present are notes of biscuit and toasted bread.
