The 2019 (1,500) Grosso LAMBRUSCO DI MODENA M.C. by PALTRINIERI is a sparkling red DOC wine from the renowned Emilia Romagna region in Italy. This Lambrusco originates from the vineyard at "Cristo" in Sorbara, cultivated on loose, fresh soil rich in organic matter, which gives the wine an elegant and complex structure. Vinified using the classic method, the must is fermented in the bottle and aged for over two years, enhancing the finesse of the perlage and the aromatic richness typical of the area. Vintage: 2019 Alcohol content: 12 Winery: G.D.C (Geneva Double Curtain), Sylvoz. Organoleptic notes: Coppery, golden reflections, onion skin, very fine and persistent perlage. Toasted notes, almost caramelised dried fruit, green hazelnut, floral notes, balsamic and resinous hints. Bouquet of aromas. Fresh, savoury and elegant. Soil: Loose, fresh and with a good presence of organic matter. Vineyard: Vineyard at "Cristo" in Sorbara, 15 hectares. Winemaking/Aging: White vinification of the must, fermented in the bottle using the classic method. Ageing on the lees for 24 months with subsequent bottle ageing for 6 months.
