INSUBRICO PAS DOSE' is an elegant expression of sparkling wine from TENUTE SELLA 1671, originating from the heart of Piemonte, Italy. This white wine is produced from vineyards located in Alto Piemonte, between Bramaterra, Lessona and Coste della Sesia, on soils characterised by acidic volcanic soils, Pliocene sands and kaolinitic clay, which impart uniqueness and character to the product. Vineyard: Alto Piemonte, from our vineyards in: Bramaterra, Lessona and Coste della Sesia. Winemaking/Aging: Destemming-crushing, pneumatic pressing, static clarification of the must. Inoculation and fermentation in stainless steel tanks. Secondary fermentation in bottle and sparkling process with selected yeasts and subsequent aging on the same for 36 months.
