This organic and vegan IGT is made from cabernet-sauvignon grapes grown in the Belvedere vineyard, situated on a limestone-dolomite soil at an altitude of 250 metres with a south-west exposure. The harvest is manual, with selection in the vineyard, and the vinification takes place in steel with a maceration of 10-12 days, which enhances the characteristic notes of the fruit and terroir.
