    FC 2023 (0.375) CABERNET SAUVIGNON ORGANIC* is a still red wine produced by VALLAROM in the Trentino region, Italy. This organic and vegan IGT is made from cabernet-sauvignon grapes grown in the Belvedere vineyard, situated on a limestone-dolomite soil at an altitude of 250 metres with a south-west exposure. The harvest is manual, with selection in the vineyard, and the vinification takes place in steel with a maceration of 10-12 days, which enhances the characteristic notes of the fruit and terroir. Vintage: 2023 Grapes: cabernet-sauvignon Alcohol content: 12.5% Winery: Pergola trentina Harvest/Vintage: Manual in crates with selection in the vineyard. Organoleptic notes: Characteristic aroma of ripe fruit with spicy notes of wood well blended with hints of pepper and blackcurrant. Ethereal and tannic, it offers sensations of cocoa, tobacco, and cedar. Soil: Limestone-dolomite Vineyard: Belvedere. Area 1.0ha – vines/Ha 4200 – planting density 2.40×0.70 – altitude 250m/slm – south-west exposure. Vinification/Aging: In steel with 4 pump-overs over 24 hours, maceration in contact with the skins for 10-12 days.
