The 2019 TRENTODOC BRUT Maso Nero M.C. by ZENI is an excellence from Trentino, an Italian region renowned for the production of quality sparkling wines. This white DOC wine is born from the skilful vinification of selected grapes, grown on dolomitic limestone marl soils on the slopes of Monte Corona and in the plains, at an altitude of 220 metres. The manual harvest in crates ensures a careful selection of the best grapes, resulting in a product with a fine and persistent perlage and an intense aroma of toasted vanilla. Vintage: 2019 Alcohol content: 12.5 Winery: Pergola trentina Harvest/Vintage: Manual in crates with selection in the vineyard. Organoleptic notes: Wine with an intense straw yellow colour, fine and persistent perlage. The aroma is intense and fragrant with toasted vanilla. On the palate, it is round with a pleasant hint of chocolate. Soil: Dolomitic limestone marl, low in skeleton. Vineyard: Zaraosti area 3.7ha – vines/Ha 3100 – planting density 5.00×0.60 – altitude 220 m a.s.l. – exposure on the slopes of Monte Corona and south/west plains. Vinification/Aging: Fermentation at 18/20, undergoes malolactic fermentation. Bottling in May with selected yeasts for refermentation.
