Astucciato BIO* from VALLAROM is a sparkling ros\u00e9 wine from Trentino, Italy. This organic and vegan product originates from vineyards situated on limestone-dolomite soils, where cultivation is carried out using environmentally friendly methods. The vinification in ros\u00e9, with skin contact maceration for 18 hours, gives the wine a fresh and lively character, typical of the Trentino tradition. Vintage: 2019 Alcohol content: 12.5 Winery: Simple Trentino pergola &#8211; trellis with Guyot pruning, maximum 12 buds for both. 4800 vines\/ha for the pergola and 6200 for the trellis. Organoleptic notes: Of an intense and lively colour, with bright aromas of raspberry, berries and rhubarb. On the palate, it is an explosion of life: savoury, fresh and long. Very balanced, with fine and persistent bubbles. Soil: Limestone-dolomite Vineyard: Ventrat and Masi Vinification\/Aging: Vinification in ros\u00e9 (de saign\u00e9e) with skin contact maceration for 18 hours in press, fermentation in stainless steel at controlled temperature.
