The grapes, hand-picked in mid-September from vineyards located 200 metres above sea level, are processed using traditional and environmentally friendly methods, ensuring a superior quality product that is certified organic. Vintage: 2023 Alcohol content: 12 Winery: Guyot simple Harvest\/Vintage: Grapes hand-picked in mid-September. Organoleptic notes: Semi-aromatic wine, harmonious and balanced palate. On the nose, rich in dried fruit, honey, raisins, broad on the palate, long, round and savoury. Vineyard: Altitude of 200 m a.s.l. Winemaking\/Aging: After pressing, 9 days of maceration in stainless steel tanks at controlled temperature. It then ages in 500-litre French oak tonneaux for one year. Yield per hectare: 2 kg per plant. A wine that invites tasting for its complexity and harmony, ideal for those seeking an authentic and refined experience.
