The grapes, grown in vineyards exposed to the southeast between 35 and 150 metres above sea level, benefit from particular climatic conditions with low rainfall that favour aromatic concentration. The harvest is manual, with selection in the vineyard in mid-August, while vinification occurs in white with temperature control and cold carbonic maceration, to preserve the freshness and typical aromas of the territory. Vintage: 2024 Alcohol content: 13 Winery: Ad alberello Harvest\/Vintage: Manual in crates with selection in the vineyard after mid-August. Organoleptic notes: Intense straw yellow colour, for a balanced wine with good body and pleasant pear notes. Soil: Volcanic substrate of pumice and tuff. In Santorini, there is little rainfall, which favours the growth of vineyards with grapes that are particularly rich in aromas and free from mould. Vineyard: Area 7 Ha &#8211; 1,800 vines\/Ha &#8211; altitude 35-150 m\/a.s.l. &#8211; southeast exposure. Vinification\/Aging: In white with temperature control in steel containers, soft cold pressing, cold carbonic maceration. Yield per hectare: 40 q.li\/Ha A wine with a balanced character and good body, with pleasant pear notes, ideal for those wishing to discover the authentic essence of Santorini.
