This IGT is made from grapes grown in clay-limestone soil, in vineyards located 60 metres above sea level, and is distinguished by its traditional winemaking with spontaneous fermentation and ageing in terracotta amphorae for ten months, giving the wine a unique and authentic character. Vintage: 2022 Alcohol content: 12 Winery: Guyot bilaterale Organoleptic notes: It is a white wine with an ancient taste, rich and enveloping, with a golden yellow colour and saffron reflections. On the nose, it presents intense aromas of aromatic herbs, Mediterranean scrub, and tropical fruit. On the palate, it is soft, enveloping, salty, supported by vibrant acidity. Soil: Clay-limestone, medium texture rich in organic matter. Vineyard: Vigna Piccola; area 0.5 ha; altitude 60 m a.s.l.; 4,000 vines\/ha; planting density 1.0 x 2.30. Winemaking\/Ageing: Obtained from spontaneous fermentation with five days of maceration of the grapes, only the free-run juice and a minimal part of the initial pressing are then taken. After fermentation, the wine rests in above-ground terracotta amphorae of 750 litres for ten months. Yield per hectare: 65 q.li\/Ha A white wine of great personality and finesse, ideal for those wishing to discover an organic product with a Mediterranean character and complex nuances.
