Grown on marl-clay and sandstone soil, this wine is made from carefully hand-harvested grapes from south-facing vineyards at an altitude of 175 metres. The winemaking process involves a slow fermentation at controlled temperatures, which enhances the fresh and mineral characteristics of the Ribolla Gialla grape. Vintage: 2024 Alcohol content: 12.5 Winery: Guyot Harvest\/Vintage: Manual in crates with selection in the vineyard. Organoleptic notes: It presents a delicate yellowish colour with sometimes greenish and vibrant reflections, a clear expression of its youth. Delicate and fresh aromas highlight fruity, slightly citrus, and floral notes that emerge from a background of discreet minerality. It undergoes a slow fermentation in temperature-controlled stainless steel tanks (16-18\u00b0C).
