The winemaking process involves a long maceration of about 60 days on the skins, with malolactic and alcoholic fermentation taking place simultaneously, thus enhancing the typical characteristics of a mountain wine. Alcohol content: 14.5. Winery: Guyot. Harvest\/Vintage: Manual, second half of October. Organoleptic notes: Made from a selection of Becuet and Barbera grapes grown in the oldest vineyards of the estate on terraces.
