Coming from the DOCG, this label originates from the hills of Caluso, at an altitude between 320 and 350 metres above sea level, in a morainic soil rich in gravelly debris and sand. The harvest takes place by hand in the first week of September, ensuring careful selection of the grapes to enhance the typical characteristics of the territory. Vintage: 2022 Alcohol content: 13.5 Winery: Pergola Canavesana Harvest\/Vintage: By hand in crates in the first week of September. Organoleptic notes: Bright straw yellow with slight moss green hues. A lively wine with rich notes of sage, wild herbs, and yellow flowers. Over time, mineral notes and hints of hydrocarbons become increasingly evident.
