Fermentation takes place in stainless steel at controlled temperatures, ensuring a slender and streamlined sip, with notes of herbal, balsamic, gentian and liquorice, enriched by a fresh dynamic and a fine tannin. Vintage: 2022 Alcohol content: 13.5 Organoleptic notes: Garnet red colour.
