This Malvasia DOC stands out for its authentic identity, resulting from a medium-textured, slightly calcareous soil and a vineyard located 170 metres above sea level, which give the wine an elegant structure and a particular aromatic complexity. Vintage: 2021 Alcohol content: 13 Winery: Guyot basso Harvest\/Vintage: Manual in crates with selection in the vineyard. Organoleptic notes: Clear straw-yellow colour with beautiful amber reflections, intense and fresh aroma with notes of mint, star anise, passion fruit, and lychee. Dry, fresh, aromatic wine, pleasantly complex, long and persistent, round in structure, also suitable for ageing. Soil: Medium-textured, slightly calcareous, sub-alkaline. Vineyard: Altitude 170m above sea level. Vinification\/Aging: 40% cold maceration for 24 hours with skin contact; 50% soft pressing with whole bunches; 10% harvested in December.
