The grapes, hand-picked in the second decade of September, come from predominantly sandy soil with granitic disintegration and a slight clay layer, which gives the wine unique and well-defined characteristics. Vintage: 2019 Alcohol content: 13 Winery: Spalliera Harvest\/Vintage: Second decade of September, hand-picked in small crates. Organoleptic notes: Intense ruby. Rich in sweet spicy nuances and small black fruits. The palate is dry, fresh with a lively tannic structure that accompanies the savoury finish with fruity and spicy returns. Soil: Predominantly sandy from granitic disintegration with a slight clay layer.
