This IGT is made from Rebo grapes grown in the organic vineyard adjacent to the village of Santa Massenza, where the particular breeze known as &quot;Ora del Garda&quot; favours the natural drying of the grapes. The result is a wine with an intense red colour tending towards garnet, expressing aromas of ripe red fruit and jam, with a full and smooth taste characterised by a long finish. Vintage: 2017 Grapes: Rebo Alcohol content: 15.5 Harvest: Harvest period in the first half of October. Organoleptic notes: Intense red colour tending towards garnet. Intense aroma with notes of ripe red fruit and jam. On the palate, very full and smooth with a long finish. Vineyard: Vineyard adjacent to the village of Santa Massenza on plots 519\/1, 518\/8, 447\/1. The vineyard is cultivated in certified organic farming by ICEA. Biodynamic preparations are used and cover crops are sown. Winemaking\/Aging: The grapes are harvested at full ripeness and dried using the typical local breeze called &quot;Ora del Garda&quot;. This is followed by a long maceration on the skins. A wine that represents the Trentino territory with balance and character, the 2017 REBORO by Francesco Poli is ideal for pairing with meat dishes and aged cheeses.
