The harvest, carried out manually between late September and early October, follows organic farming methods on clayey and moderately calcareous soils with a south-east exposure, which give this IGT a distinctive and authentic character. Vintage: 2023 Alcohol content: 14% Grapes: Merlot Alcohol level: 14 Harvest\/Vintage: Between late September and early October, with manual grape picking. Organoleptic notes: On the nose, it highlights pronounced aromas of plum and sour cherry accompanied by characteristic herbal and slightly spicy notes. On the palate, it is tense and juicy, with good structure, featuring an elegant and velvety texture. The taste is bold, moderately tannic. Soil: Clayey, moderately calcareous, with south-east exposure. Vineyard: Owned, located in the hilly area within the Colli Euganei Regional Park, in the municipality of Torreglia at Luvigliano. Organic farming. Winemaking\/Aging: Destemming and fermentation of the crushed grapes at controlled temperatures between 28-30\u00b0C for 10 days, with d\u00e9lestage and pump-overs for the extraction of colour and aromas. Followed by pressing. Then racking and maturation in old large wooden barrels.
