This DOC label is made from predominantly Corvina Veronese and Corvinone grapes, with small percentages of Rondinella and other varieties, cultivated in vineyards located on marine-origin, calcareous, and shallow soils. The harvest is carried out manually with selection in the vineyard, while the winemaking involves maceration and fermentation for 8-11 days with daily pumping over and d\u00e9lestage, which give the wine a fragrant character and a bouquet reminiscent of fruit, marasca, and cherry. Vintage: 2024 Grapes: predominantly Corvina Veronese and Corvinone with small percentages of Rondinella and other varieties Winery: Guyot Harvest\/Vintage: Manual in crates with selection in the vineyard.
