Las uvas Chardonnay, cultivadas en un suelo calc\u00e1reo-dolom\u00edtico, se recogen manualmente con una selecci\u00f3n cuidadosa directamente en la vi\u00f1a, para preservar al m\u00e1ximo las caracter\u00edsticas varietales. A\u00f1ada: 2022 Uvas: Chardonnay Grado alcoh\u00f3lico: 13 Bodega: Pergola trentina semplice Vendimia\/A\u00f1ada: Manual en caja con selecci\u00f3n en la vi\u00f1a. Notas organol\u00e9pticas: Aroma varietal, notas de manzana verde y flores blancas, estructurado con ligero aroma de vainilla, matices de humo, avellana. Suelo: Calc\u00e1reo-dolom\u00edtico Vi\u00f1edo: Casetta.
