Este IGT, certificado Bio Vegan, nace de uvas Chardonnay cultivadas en un suelo calc\u00e1reo-dolom\u00edtico, en vi\u00f1edos expuestos al suroeste a 250 metros de altitud. La vendimia se realiza manualmente con una selecci\u00f3n cuidadosa en la vi\u00f1a, mientras que la fermentaci\u00f3n se lleva a cabo en acero inoxidable a temperatura controlada, garantizando as\u00ed la integridad arom\u00e1tica del vino. A\u00f1ada: 2023 Uvas: Chardonnay Grado alcoh\u00f3lico: 12 Bodega: Pergola trentina, espaldera con poda a guyot. Vendimia\/A\u00f1ada: Manual en caja con selecci\u00f3n en la vi\u00f1a. Notas organol\u00e9pticas: Combinados, estos vinos ofrecen un intenso aroma a fruta tropical y un pleno sabor arom\u00e1tico de albaricoque seco y salvia esclarea. Suelo: Calcareo-dolomitico Vi\u00f1edo: Masi y Lavine.
