Ce vin effervescent blanc IGT na\u00eet de raisins cultiv\u00e9s dans le vignoble &quot;Fondo Luogaccio&quot; \u00e0 San Giuseppe di Comacchio, dans une zone prot\u00e9g\u00e9e caract\u00e9ris\u00e9e par un sol sablonneux et une exposition \u00e0 l&#039;ouest. La vinification pr\u00e9voit une pressurage direct du mo\u00fbt et une seconde fermentation en bouteille, qui conf\u00e8re \u00e0 ce vin une bulle fine et persistante, accompagn\u00e9e d&#039;une couleur or perl\u00e9 et d&#039;un profil aromatique intense et \u00e9l\u00e9gant. Ann\u00e9e : 2017 Taux d&#039;alcool : 12,5. Cave : Spalliera cordone rinnovato, vignes sur pied franc. Les vignes sont reproduites par bouturage. Vendange\/Ann\u00e9e : Manuelle en caisse.
