Ce Chardonnay, certifi\u00e9 Bio Vegan, se distingue par son appellation IGP et par la culture attentive dans des vignobles situ\u00e9s sur des sols calcaire-dolomitiques, avec une r\u00e9colte manuelle effectu\u00e9e dans les premi\u00e8res heures du matin pour pr\u00e9server la fra\u00eecheur et la qualit\u00e9 des raisins. La vinification pr\u00e9voit un pressurage doux avec des raisins entiers, mettant ainsi en valeur le caract\u00e8re du terroir et la puret\u00e9 du fruit. Mill\u00e9sime : 2021 Taux d&#039;alcool : 12,5 Cave : Pergola trentina simple et palissade avec taille en Guyot.
