PIERRE Blanc de l&#039;ABBAYE DE L&#039;ERINS est un vin blanc fermo provenant de la renomm\u00e9e r\u00e9gion des C\u00f4tes de Provence. Ce vin biologique na\u00eet sur des sols uniques de l&#039;archipel de L&#039;erins, caract\u00e9ris\u00e9s par des roches s\u00e9dimentaires jurassiques compos\u00e9es principalement de calcaires et de dolomites, qui conf\u00e8rent au vin une personnalit\u00e9 distinctive et un lien profond avec le territoire. Mill\u00e9sime : 2023 Taux d&#039;alcool : 13 Sol : L&#039;archipel de L&#039;erins est compos\u00e9 de roches s\u00e9diment\u00e9es du p\u00e9riode jurassique. La roche est compos\u00e9e principalement de calcaires et de dolomites. Vinification\/Affinage : Apr\u00e8s le passage dans la presse pneumatique, les jus sont s\u00e9par\u00e9s. D\u00e9cantation du mo\u00fbt faite \u00e0 froid dans des cuves en acier inox thermor\u00e9gul\u00e9es. Le d\u00e9but de la fermentation se fait \u00e0 basse temp\u00e9rature (16-17 \u00b0C) et se poursuit en f\u00fbts.
