Cette IGT biologique na\u00eet de raisins surm\u00fbris r\u00e9colt\u00e9s \u00e0 la mi-octobre dans les vignobles du ch\u00e2teau Wolfsthurn d&#039;Andriano et Partschins, situ\u00e9s respectivement \u00e0 320 et 650 m\u00e8tres au-dessus du niveau de la mer. La fermentation en acier pr\u00e9serve les caract\u00e9ristiques organoleptiques de ce vin, qui se pr\u00e9sente avec une couleur jaune brillant et un bouquet riche d&#039;abricots et de citron, enrichi de nuances fruit\u00e9es. Ann\u00e9e : 2023 Taux d&#039;alcool : 13 Cave : Guyot Vendange\/Ann\u00e9e : Mi-octobre, raisins surm\u00fbris. Notes organoleptiques : Couleur jaune brillant, r\u00e9v\u00e9lant des notes d&#039;abricots et de citron, compl\u00e9t\u00e9es par d&#039;autres nuances fruit\u00e9es.
