La vendange a lieu dans la premi\u00e8re moiti\u00e9 de septembre, tandis que la vinification pr\u00e9voit une mac\u00e9ration sur les peaux de 7 \u00e0 10 jours et une fermentation malolactique r\u00e9alis\u00e9e simultan\u00e9ment \u00e0 la fermentation alcoolique avec inoculation de bact\u00e9ries. Taux d&#039;alcool : 14,5. Cave : Guyot. Vendange\/Ann\u00e9e : Premi\u00e8re moiti\u00e9 de septembre. Notes organoleptiques : Bien qu&#039;il s&#039;agisse d&#039;un vin de montagne, en bouche la sensation est celle d&#039;un vin doux, fruit\u00e9. C&#039;est un vin de tous les repas, sans pr\u00e9tention. Sol : Meuble riche en calcaire ; les roches pr\u00e9sentes sur le versant sont principalement des schistes et des calcaires. Vignoble : Finiere, exposition : sud, altitude : 750 m s.l.m., superficie : 0,3 Ha, ceps\/ha 5000, espacement 2,4&#215;0,8. Vinification\/Affinage : \u00c9grappage et, ensuite, mac\u00e9ration d&#039;environ 7 \u00e0 10 jours sur les peaux. La fermentation malolactique est r\u00e9alis\u00e9e simultan\u00e9ment \u00e0 la fermentation alcoolique avec inoculation de bact\u00e9ries. Rendement par hectare : 50-55 q.l.\/Ha.
