Cet IGT biologique na\u00eet de raisins cultiv\u00e9s dans le vignoble Zuffolino, situ\u00e9 \u00e0 196 m\u00e8tres au-dessus du niveau de la mer avec une exposition nord-ouest, dans un sol argileux riche en mati\u00e8re organique et en macro \u00e9l\u00e9ments. La vendange, manuelle et s\u00e9lective, et la vinification attentive, sans ajout de soufre, garantissent un produit authentique et respectueux de l&#039;environnement. Ann\u00e9e : 2021 Taux d&#039;alcool : 14 Cave : Cordone speronato Vendange\/Ann\u00e9e : Manuelle en caisse avec s\u00e9lection dans le vignoble. Notes organoleptiques : Couleur rubis intense. Parfum frais, presque encore vineux, avec des notes de fruits noirs m\u00fbrs, prune, m\u00fbre avec quelques touches de myrtille et de cassis. Sol : Argileux, riche en mati\u00e8re organique et en macro \u00e9l\u00e9ments. Vignoble : Zuffolino ; altitude 196 m\/SLM ; exposition nord-ouest.
