Cet IGT exprime l&#039;identit\u00e9 du territoire \u00e0 travers les raisins Vermentino et Nuragus, cultiv\u00e9s sur des sols granitiques et calcaires riches en s\u00e9diments, et vinifi\u00e9s avec soin en acier pour pr\u00e9server leur fra\u00eecheur et leur puret\u00e9. Mill\u00e9sime : 2023 Taux d&#039;alcool : 13 Notes organoleptiques : Couleur jaune paille, avec de l\u00e9gers reflets verd\u00e2tres. Au nez, on per\u00e7oit des ar\u00f4mes l\u00e9gers et frais, o\u00f9 l&#039;on distingue principalement des notes fruit\u00e9es et florales. En bouche, il est \u00e9lanc\u00e9, p\u00e9tillant, avec une gorg\u00e9e fra\u00eeche qui met en \u00e9vidence une veine sapide bien construite. Sol : Terrains granitiques et calcaires, riches en s\u00e9diments. Vignoble : Au c\u0153ur du Sulcis, dans la province de Carbonia-Iglesias, dans la zone sud-ouest de Sardaigne. Vinification\/\u00c9levage : Les raisins de Vermentino et Nuragus fermentent et sont vinifi\u00e9s en acier, puis sont mis en bouteille.
