Cet IGT, certifi\u00e9 biologique, est issu de raisins cultiv\u00e9s dans le vignoble Alberello basso avec un rendement de 30 quintaux par hectare. La vinification pr\u00e9voit une fermentation spontan\u00e9e avec une mac\u00e9ration de 15 jours en grappes enti\u00e8res et un pressurage doux, qui conf\u00e8rent au vin un caract\u00e8re authentique et riche. Mill\u00e9sime : 2020 Taux d&#039;alcool : 14 Cave : Alberello basso Notes organoleptiques : Rubis. Au nez, il est d\u00e9cid\u00e9ment intense. Se distinguent des ar\u00f4mes de fruits rouges, des notes de peau d&#039;orange, des tonalit\u00e9s \u00e9pic\u00e9es et des touches de cacao et de caf\u00e9.
