Cet IGT, certifi\u00e9 Bio Vegan, est issu de raisins Chardonnay cultiv\u00e9s sur un sol calcaire-dolomitique, dans des vignobles expos\u00e9s au sud-ouest \u00e0 250 m\u00e8tres d&#039;altitude. La vendange est effectu\u00e9e manuellement avec une s\u00e9lection attentive dans le vignoble, tandis que la fermentation se d\u00e9roule en acier inox \u00e0 temp\u00e9rature contr\u00f4l\u00e9e, garantissant ainsi l&#039;int\u00e9grit\u00e9 aromatique du vin.
