Ce DOC na\u00eet de raisins Grechetto cultiv\u00e9s dans deux parcelles de la commune de Bevagna, sur des sols argilo-calcaires et argilo-sablonneux calcaires, avec des expositions Sud-Est et Nord-Ouest \u00e0 diff\u00e9rentes altitudes. La vinification pr\u00e9voit une pressurage du raisin entier et une d\u00e9cantation statique \u00e0 froid pendant 24 heures, ce qui conf\u00e8re au vin une couleur jaune paille intense et un profil olfactif \u00e9l\u00e9gant, marqu\u00e9 par des notes de p\u00eache, d&#039;amande et de foin, avec une d\u00e9licate min\u00e9ralit\u00e9. Mill\u00e9sime : 2024 Taux d&#039;alcool : 13 % Raisins : Grechetto Degr\u00e9 alcoolique : 13 Vendange\/Mill\u00e9sime : Manuelle dans la premi\u00e8re moiti\u00e9 de septembre.
