This IGT originates from vineyards located in the Monti Picentini, at 180 metres above sea level with an east-west exposure, on clay soils. Fermentation and maceration take place in amphora, giving the wine a unique and complex structure, an authentic expression of the territory. Vintage: 2021 Alcohol content: 13 Winery: Guyot bilaterale Harvest/Vintage: From late August to mid-September. Organoleptic notes: Bright yellow. On the nose, hints of yellow-fleshed fruit and an intense note of campfire. The palate's savouriness recalls marine landscapes, and the tannin, a result of maceration, adds depth to the sip. Soil: Clay Vineyard: Monti Picentini. Altitude: 180 m a.s.l. – east-west exposure. Winemaking/Aging: Fermentation and maceration in amphora.
