The 2023 PINOT GRIGIO RAMATO Colle Ara is a white DOC wine produced by Albino Armani Viticoltori since 1607, a historic winery located in the heart of Trentino. This still wine is made from grapes grown in the Lessinia National Park, on a medium clay-porphyry soil, with manual harvesting typically around mid-September and special care in vinification, which includes soft pressing and cold maceration with the skins for about three days. Vintage: 2023 Alcohol content: 12.5 Winery: Spalliera with bilateral Guyot pruning. Harvest/Vintage: Manual harvesting typically around mid-September. Organoleptic notes: Golden colour with coppery or blonde onion skin hues. Opens on the nose with mineral and fruity notes of pomegranate. On the palate, it is full and rich, with hints of ripe yellow fruit. Structure and balance, long and complex. Soil: Medium clay-porphyry. Vineyard: Lessinia National Park. Vinification/Aging: Soft pressing and cold maceration with the skins for about 3 days. Start of fermentation and separation of the free-run juice after the natural separation of the skins. Yield per hectare: Approximately 90 q.li/Ha. A wine with a unique character, ideal for pairing with fish dishes and light cuisine.
