This organic wine is made from grapes cultivated using biodynamic methods in the estate's vineyards in the municipality of San Polo di Piave, with particular attention to sustainability and respect for the territory. The winemaking takes place in terracotta amphorae, with a skin maceration of about 7 days, which gives the wine a unique character and a well-defined aromatic complexity. Alcohol content: 10.5. Winemaking/Aging: The grapes are destemmed and placed in large terracotta amphorae (40 hl). This is followed by a skin maceration for about 7 days, soft pressing, and fermentation.
