The 2023 RED 708 Km is a still wine produced in the heart of Trentino, in northern Italy, under the CEMBRANI D.O.C. brand. This IGT red is made from a blend of manually selected Lagrein grapes from vineyards located between 300 and 550 metres above sea level, in an area characterised by porphyry and limestone soils. The winemaking process involves fermentation on the skins in stainless steel at controlled temperatures, to enhance the intense and fruity notes typical of this denomination. The vineyards have a south/east exposure and are located between 300 m a.s.l. and 550 m a.s.l. in the municipalities of Cembra and Giovo: Schiava: Vach, C`or, Valval`e, Rauti. Lagrein: Vach, Maurenti, Valval`e, Rauti. Winemaking/Aging: Fermentation on the skins in stainless steel at controlled temperatures; racking with soft pressing.
