The 2023 CHARDONNAY Riserva Terre Bianche by DE VIGILI is a still white wine from Trentino, a region renowned for the quality of its DOC wines. The grapes are 100% Chardonnay, grown on the Colline dei Sorni in Lavis, in a vineyard located 300 metres above sea level, on a soil rich in gypsum that imparts a particular minerality and sapidity to the wine. The winemaking process involves mixed fermentation in steel and third-pass French oak barriques, followed by malolactic fermentation, which gives the wine a full and enveloping taste.
