ZERO DOSAGE Grand Cru Blanc de Blancs by ENCRY is a white Champagne from the renowned Champagne region, more precisely from the prestigious Côte des Blancs, in the village of Le Mesnil sur Oger, near Reims. This wine is born from a careful selection of the best parcels of Grand Cru Chardonnay vineyards, with vinification involving a first fermentation in temperature-controlled steel, thus enhancing the purity and freshness of its characteristics. Format: 0.75l Alcohol content: 12 Organoleptic notes: Bright and intense colour, a clear and dazzling gold also thanks to the fine perlage that enhances its reflections. It has an enveloping and intense nose of citrus notes (especially cedar) even in candied form, on a fresh floral and mineral matrix. The taste is tense and vertical, rightly dry, but never excessively dry or bitter. Vineyard: Careful and rigorous selection among the best parcels of Grand Cru Chardonnay vineyards of the Côte des Blancs; Region Reims, Village Le Mesnil sur Oger. Vinification/Aging: First fermentation in temperature-controlled steel. Yield per hectare: Low yields and great attention to quality offer the market a small production, practically a boutique in the world of Champagnes. An ideal product for those who appreciate the finesse and balance of a Blanc de Blancs Champagne, ZERO DOSAGE Grand Cru invites a refined and measured tasting, perfect for accompanying moments of discreet pleasure or special occasions. Its structure and freshness make it an interesting choice for those seeking authenticity and quality in the glass.
