The 2023 PETITE FRUITE by HERPE PAUL is a still red wine from the Languedoc region, more precisely from the Château Couderc vineyard located at the foot of the Corbières, near Narbonne. Winemaking/Aging: Harvested at maturity (around 13 degrees), the grapes are quickly placed in tanks. Fermentation lasts from 10 to 15 days. The grapes are lightly pressed, and the press juices are blended with the first juices.
